Over the weekend I have managed to successfully hook up the TOSlink splitter to split the output from my PS3 to feed both the amp and the headphone system. just wanted to let you know that the leads work great. The picture quality of the TV is now much better than that when used with the original RCA lead, we can now make out the satellite channel symbol; it was too grainy before... The TV picture is almost as good as it was with Sky+ in the UK.

People don't comment on good service enough.. they just complain when things don't work. So I'd like to say what great service I've recieved both times I've contacted your company. I had a slightly complicated problem (US equipment, different voltages etc...) which you were able to explain clearly to me, and tell me exactly what I needed to make everything work. I'd spent two days surfing the internet and asking questions to no avail. You guys resolved my problem in 5 minutes. I am only sorry that my ensuing order was so small after all your help. The TV is now connected to a Freeview box, a VCR and a DVD recorder and all now work without any interference and with the digibox switched off I can copy tapes to DVD and vice versa. Great! Thank you very much for an excellent service. My lead has just been delivered and I am very happy with it. I was drawn to your site by its simplicity and clarity. I wanted a lead to extend an ISDN 'phone line through a UPS. It amazed me how many sites simply state something like "1 metre lead with RJ45 connectors" with no information as to which pins are connected or the intended use for that lead. They seem to concentrate on "clever" web site design and forget the original purpose. So, well done to Leads Direct. I don't often need leads but, when I next do, you will be the first people I turn to.

I just wanted to send you a very big thank you for such prompt and professional service. I am an Australian that has lived here for 7 years with all my immediate family instead scattered across the globe (Australia, USA and Hong Kong). I bought a Beamer a few weeks ago as my brother (in LA) and mother (in Australia) both already have one, and hence was so excited about having this way of interactive communication which would allow us to feel closer despite the physical distances. So I am sure you can imagine my disappointment when I got back here and I could not get it to work.
The representative form Vialta (supplier of the Beamer) was also extremely helpful, she gave me your details and told me exactly what the problem was, and what I needed to fix it. I had left a message on your answering machine late Thursday night, and first thing on Friday morning, my call had already been returned. By Friday I had the beamer kit leads ordered, and today (Monday) they have arrived (even though I was not expecting them for 3 days as from your website, I anticipated them to be made to order, and hence would take longer).
The gentleman that took my order was friendly, professional and efficient. It is always very refreshing to encounter businesses which actually do what they promise, restoring my faith that “excellent customer service” delivered with a smile – still does exist.
