Our terms of business have been updated to make them clearer on the topic of carriage charges mainly by including information in the main terms document that is available elsewhere e.g. on our Carriage and Carriage Calculator pages. This does not change in any way the functionality of the terms, it merely provides additional information without the need to refer to other documents when reading the terms. You may know from our Environmental Policy page that we care about the environment and to everything we can to recycle. We have now added a new page that explains about the Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment legislation and how to recycle items yourselves. We have today released details of our updated Carriage charges. We have not changed the basic charge for TEN YEARS despite huge increases on the costs to us and can no longer continue to swallow the losses involved. Luckily, a large proportion of customers will be completely unaffected as we are only increasing the charges for timed deliveries and the basic charges will stay as they have been since 1998... more

These do not actually affect the relationship between Leads Direct and its customers, but instead bring updates to some of the information that had become outdated, such as addresses, trade counter opening times, links to external information (for example the Distance Selling Regulations are now located on the BERR website following on from the closure of the DTI). We are delighted to announce a new range of locking jack extension which address the problem of standard jack extension sockets separating from the jack when knocked or kicked.
Available in Unabalanced (Mono) and Balanced (Stereo) signal level and three separate Speaker level configurations, and in 1m, 3m, 5m and 10m lengths as standard, other lengths are available on request.
