In addition to supplying the widest possible range of leads, cables and associated products we try our best to ensure that all orders arrive when promised, and we constantly review the shipping services we use to ensure that standards are kept high. If a carrier were to consistently fail to deliver the quality of service our customers expect we would simply move our business elsewhere.

Our main carrier is Initial City Link. In addition we use the postal services of the Royal Mail and occasionally the parcel services of ParcelForce.

Sometimes for speed we may ship some or all of your order direct from one of our other warehouses, in which case your documentation will show the shipping method we expect to be used. At the moment some of our warehouses use FedEx, DHL, DPD and so on.

If that is not enough our customers can select their own choice of any UK carrier if they wish, although this may involve an additional payment if they (or we) do not have an account with that carrier.

Our systems will automatically despatch an email to the address you give us once your order has shipped and this will contain information on when and how your product was despatched. In addition wherever applicable a Tracking or Consignment Reference number will be included.

In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive when you expect, please use the following resources to track its progress:

Royal Mail Tracked Services (e.g. Recorded or Special Delivery): Please go to http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track and enter the number given in the appropriate box.
Royal Mail Postal Services: Please contact your local sorting office. If they are unable to help, please email us or call us on 08448 155 955 (Lo-call local rate. multiple lines) quoting your invoice number, and we will organise a trace on your behalf.
Royal Mail Standard Parcels: Please contact your local sorting office. If they are unable to help, please email us or call us on 08448 155 955 (Lo-call local rate. multiple lines) quoting your invoice number, and we will organise a trace on your behalf.

If you have any problems arising from the shipment of goods purchased from Leads Direct please notify us as soon as possible so that we can act to resolve them.
